Task

To inform users about promotions and special offers. Subsequently - car maintenance on favorable terms with a guarantee of the repair carried out by certified workers.

Solution

We have created a unique in the region loyalty program for the clients of MariAvtoCenter (the official dealer of Volkswagen cars in Yoshkar-Ola). Especially for the project we drew an assistant in the form of Genie, which grants wishes - hence the name of the application.

In order to send out personalized offers, Genie needs to know the VIN number of the client's car. We decided to implement this process in a chat format, in which Genie invites the client to fill in the necessary information about himself and his car.

Personal offer

We have made the process of forming an individual offer quite fascinating. It is necessary to rub the spark plug so that the Genie appears with a special offer. It is worth to note that the genie accompanies the client at every stage and helps to choose the most necessary recommendations.

Offer information

Statistics are collected for each suggestion, so it's easy to track how valuable the recommendation was to users. The statistics are presented in the form of handy cards. Each card reflects the status of the offer and the number of users.
